Over time, he progressed into high-level leadership roles, including High Command and General in SURGE, where he oversaw multiple divisions and systems.

His experience spans recruitment, leadership, and development, earning recognition such as recruitment champion status and key roles across various communities. He has also played a significant part in shaping group systems, structure, and creative direction, including contributions to progression systems and branding.
